Bayerische Motoren Werke AG (ETR: BMW)
It is commonly known as BMW or BMW AG. The company is a German automobile, motorcycle and engine manufacturing company. It was founded in 1916 and headquartered in Munich, Bavaria, Germany. The company has divided its activities into three divisions such as Automobile, Motorcycles and Financial Services. Its automotive products and related financial services through its own sales network of German sales-and-service centers, foreign sales subsidiaries and through third parties. The company is one of the biggest producers of premium cars and world’s biggest manufacturer of commercial vehicles with a global reach.

Porsche Automobil Holding SE (ETR: PAH3)
It is a German holding company which is engaged in the car manufacture industry. It is essentially engaged in the holding and managing the investments in Volkswagen AG, through which the company manages distribution and marketing of the brands. Between 2009 and 2012 the company transferred all of its operational business to Volkswagen AG. It has one fully consolidated subsidiary, Porsche Beteiligung Gmbh, which was established during 2012 and holds a share in voting rights of 50.73% in Volkswagen AG.

The company is engaged in manufacturing of automobiles. The company has two divisions: Automotive and Financial Services division. Its brands include Volkswagen, Audi, Bentley, Bugatti, Lamborghini, SEAT, Skoda, Scania and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles and each brand offers a product range from low-consumption small cars to luxury class vehicles, as well as pick-ups, busses and heavy trucks in the commercial vehicle sector.
